In order to utilise our removalist service, you must meet the following conditions:
1. The truck only operates on weekdays.
2. Your house must be located in the Melbourne metropolitan region.
3. Your goods must be on the ground floor.
4. Your goods must be packed and ready to go when we arrive.
5. If you choose the option of 1 man + the truck, you must provide a helper to assist with loading and unloading. If you choose 2 men + the truck you do not need to assist but you do need to be present.
6. No pianos, safes or billiard tables.
7. Our truck can only hold the contents of a 5 metre by 2 metre unit (10 square metres/27 cubic metres). Additional trips need to be booked. Please notify us if you require more than 1 trip.
8. We only start charging when we arrive at the pickup location. We stop charging when we have finished unloading at the drop off location. We do not charge for our time to and from our depot (unlike most companies).
9. We charge in 15 minute increments or part thereof.
10. This service is not available to our Footscray branch.
11. Bookings are subject to availability.
12. We reserve the right to decline a job even if all the conditions are met.
